Everything You Need to Know
We reserve the right to refuse service.
Thank you for shopping with us at BRANDEE & CO. We strive to do all that we can to hope you love your purchase(s). We do not accept refunds. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 consecutive days of delivery, provided the item(s) are in original condition with the tags intact and not tampered with in any way for a store credit only. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned back to the sender.
We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, altered, not in original condition, or have had tags removed or tampered with in any way. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odor for a store credit.
We can offer store credit (excluding cost of delivery to return). Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provides you with proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Due to COVID-19 processing may be delayed an additional 5 days.
Undelivered Items
If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services these orders will be held for a defined period of time (varies per company) for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. We will contact you to advise and a reshipment charge will be accessed.
